WRIT Media Group, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Delaware on March 9, 2007 under the name of Writers’ Group Film Corp. to produce films, television programs and entertainment programs for various media formats. In February 2011, the Company acquired Front Row Networks, Inc., a Nevada corporation, through a capital stock acquisition and completed a senior management restructuring, and on August 19, 2013, the Company completed an acquisition of Amiga Games Inc., a Washington corporation, whereby it acquired 100% of Amiga Games Inc. in exchange for shares of the Common Stock of the Company.

As a result of these acquisitions, WRIT Media Group owns Front Row Networks, a content creation company providing production, distribution and financing of live concerts, music documentaries, and family programs for theatrical and ancillary distribution; and the “retro” video gaming companies, Retro Infinity Inc. and Amiga Games Inc. which are leading videogame publishers of classic games, including the Amiga brand, for a wide range of smartphones and mobile devices.

Eric has over 20 years of financial, business development, and strategic planning experience in the motion picture industry. Mr. Mitchell’s acquisition and financial talents helped Sony Pictures’ Tri-Star division acquire theatrical distribution rights to such hits as Cliffhanger, Sniper, Threesome, and Weekend at Bernie’s 2. Mitchell assisted Tri-Star in acquiring multi-picture distribution rights with Carolco Pictures; the deal generated $250 million in profit for the studio and led to such hits as LA Story, Universal Soldier, The Doors, Total Recall, Basic Instinct and Terminator 2. As an advisor to Ascendant Pictures and VIP Media Fund, the largest German tax fund, Eric participated in placing over $500 million dollars in production financing into 46 feature films. Mr. Mitchell is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and received his M.S. in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School.

Boris Nayflish

Boris Nayflish has been an Independent Director of WRIT Media Group, Inc. since June 20, 2016. Mr. Nayflish has over 28 years of experience in Information Technology and Logistics coupled with a technical background in Telecommunications, Insurance, Shipping, Printing and Manufacturing Industries. His experience includes complex systems integration in SAP, Oracle, BAAN and variety of MS SQL based ERP systems. Mr. Nayflish’s operational experience includes analyzing current requirements and designing solutions with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency, explaining complex concepts in non-technical terms and understanding the customer’s perspective to bridge the gap between sales and development.

Patrick Arbor

Patrick Arbor is a former futures industry brokerage executive, trader and exchange official who was the longest-running chairman in the history of the Chicago Board of Trade, serving for three terms from 1993 to 1998. Until 2008, Patrick was a principal in Shatkin Arbor, Inc., a CBOT (CME Group) member clearing firm that services local traders which clears through RCG. In December of 2011, Arbor called for the creation of a futures insurance security corporation to protect customer accounts in light of the MF Global bankruptcy. Arbor is a Chicago native who began his career as a math teacher.  He joined the CBOT in 1965, spending a number of years as an independent trader. In 1982 he was first elected to the CBOT’s board of directors. He served as vice chairman from 1986 to 1988 and as chairman from 1993 to 1999. Arbor then led the exchange’s construction of a new agricultural floor completed in 1982 and a new financial floor in 1997. During his tenure, the CBOT adopted handheld order routing systems. It was also under his leadership that the CBOT formed a partnership with Eurex to provide an electronic trading platform for Treasury futures, a decisive change of course in the exchange’s history. Arbor won a tightly contested election as chairman of the CBOT in 1992.  In 2007, Arbor was inducted into the Futures Industry Association Futures Hall of Fame.

Patrick has over 30 years of experience in business development, software development, computer graphics, compression, software optimization and mobile software development focused on the entertainment industry. He has developed software for Dreamworks SKG and was a supervising effects animator for Walt Disney Feature Animation. As Senior 3D Animator for EDS Digital Studios, he won a Vanguard Award for an animated Microsoft commercial. In 2002 Patrick co-founded Lower Mars, one of the first third-party mobile developers. Lower Mars created mobile entertainment middleware and apps for smartphones, licensed to Sharp, Palm, Amiga, Nokia, and Motorola. In 2010 he co-founded MediaPlasm, a company providing advisory and development services for traditional entertainment media companies seeking to monetize social media and OTT content platforms. Clients and partners have included Deluxe, Crest Digital, Target, Front Row Networks, Fox TV,  Amiga, Palm, Microsoft, Sony Pictures Television, ABC, and the Walt Disney company.

John Diaz

From his start as a non-paid stage manager at the original Woodstock, John has enjoyed a nearly 40 year career in music & video production and distribution. With the advent of new distribution platforms for music in the early 1980’s, like the dawn of MTV and the explosion of music videos as a medium and art form, John established himself as one of the leading producers of music videos & events for broadcast throughout the 90’s. Mr. Diaz has produced domestic and international TV for some of the largest music events in history, including specials with Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Sting, The Rolling Stones and many others. Turning to the Internet as an emerging content distribution technology in the 90’s, he was part of the forefront of today’s digital media. John has focused his energies on bringing music and other digital content distribution to the Internet, first as a founding employee of mp3.com, then as EVP of Vivendi/Universal’s Internet arm, VUNET.
